Welcome to MJ Tailor. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of MJ Tailor's tailor management software and websites.

By accessing app.mjtailor.com or using the platform, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use MJ Tailor if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Account Security & Responsibilities

To use MJ Tailor, you must create a registered shop account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (emails and passwords).
• Restricting staff role permissions and maintaining secure POS hardware usage.
• Ensuring that customer measurements, contacts, and invoices are input accurately.

2. Subscription Billing & Renewals

MJ Tailor is billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis:

• Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during signup.
• At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid tier (Starter, Professional, or Business) to continue adding customers and measurements.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your active plan at any time through your Billing Settings.

3. Application Availability & Service Level

We strive to provide 99.9% application uptime. However, services may be temporarily unavailable due to routine server maintenance, security patches, or network interruptions. MJ Tailor caches customer files locally so mobile devices can access recent records even without an active internet connection.

4. Intellectual Property

MJ Tailor owns all rights, titles, code bases, logos, UI designs, and marketing assets. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the SaaS product under your active subscription plan. You may not reverse-engineer, duplicate, or sell any part of the code base.
